From nowhere
just before morning
jackals turn up
bark jump over the fence
escape chasing dogs
--R.K.SINGH
Unblessed my altar
in bed no dance of love--
drought of summer
--R.K.SINGH
After little rain
lilies smile with hibiscus--
the sun in May
--R.K.SINGH
Seeing the dark
blankness of closed eyes:
pranayam
--R.K.SINGH
Her wrinkled fingers
on the rudraksh rosary--
Buddha Purnima
--R.K.SINGH
Searching peace
in the dark blankness
of mind's silence
--R.K.SINGH
On rusted railing
of the bridge waits a bulbul
for river to wet
--R.K.SINGH
Flowers turnto the rising sunin greeting--R.K.SINGH
Prayerful thoughts she invites with smile: mother's compassion --R.K.SINGH
